John J. Jablowski, Jr.
John manages plural sector relationships specializing in the transformation of local government operations that enhance the efficiency of municipal service delivery. As Senior Advisor to national and international public sector companies, he helps build innovative approaches to drive more sustainable communities. During his career, Mr. Jablowski has collectively administered over $1 Billion in government management. Most recently, as Manager of Tobyhanna Township he helped advance a $350 Million entertainment destination project in the Poconos. Mr. Jablowski has served as District Director to the PA House Majority Policy Chair, Congressional Assistant in the US House of Representatives, Mayor of Ashley Borough and a member of Wilkes-Barre Township Council. He currently serves as a Lecturer in American Government at Penn State and is a member of the Executive Committee of the PA Association of Township Commissioners.
Glenn A. Geissinger
GLENN is formerly served as Vice Chairman of the Lehigh-Northampton Airport Authority (LNAA). An authority with over a 36 million-dollar annual operating budget and hundreds of millions of dollars in on-going capital projects. He also served as Chairman of the Finance Committee for the LNAA. An active local government leader, Glenn has an in depth understanding of the workings of municipal operations. He has served as an elected member of the Northampton County Council where his colleagues selected him to serve as Vice-President. For the county, Glenn has served as chairman of the finance committee, chaired the budget committee, directed the 40 million-dollar bridge rehabilitation P3 project, and has served as a member on the capital projects committee, parks and recreation committee, personnel committee, farmland preservation committee, and Hugh Moore Trust.
Glenn has also served as a board member of the Lehigh-Northampton Area Transit Authority (LANTA) and helped guide and direct its operations and fiscal oversight. He has in-depth experience in working with multiple municipal authorities and departments as well as extensive experience in the financial sectors.
